What is the lead time for 'Made to Order' garments?

As our pieces are handcrafted in our Australian studio, Made to Order garments typically require a production lead time of 4 to 6 weeks before being dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

How do I determine my correct size?

We recommend viewing our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest contacting our boutique stylists for personalized fit advice.

What is your return policy for evening wear?

We offer returns for store credit on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.

Can I make changes to an order once it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our production queue. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any modifications or cancellations.
